Staff Augmentation Contract Service Limitations. "Effective October 1, 2010 the term of consecutive engagement for a Staff Augmentation assignment, or combination of assignments, will be limited to three years. This service limitation applies to all Contract Associates, including vested former Sandia employees.”

This limitation affects all LMATA new hires at Sandia.  The three years of service begins upon hire and at the end of the three years of service, Sandia will require a six-month break in service after which the Contract Associate may return to work at Sandia in any approved assignment under the Staff Augmentation contract. 

Note:  all offers of employment are contingent upon passing the following:  pre-employment criminal background check, credit check and drug screen.
